From August 23rd to August 27th, at the Unification Park (Hanoi), the 6th International – Vietnam book exhibition-fair took place. This is a practical activity to welcome the APEC Vietnam 2017, celebrate 40 years of Vietnam joins in the United Nations, 10 years of Vietnam joins in the World Trade Organization and the 65th anniversary of the Publishing, Printing and Releasing of Vietnam (1952-2017).

The exhibition was organized with the participation of Mr. Truong Minh Tuan – member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Ministry of Information and Communication, Deputy Head of the Central Department of Propaganda and Training; Mr. Nguyen Hanh Phuc – member of the Party Central Committee, General secretary, Director of the National Assembly Office, together with the representatives of the ministries and agencies under the Ministry of Information and Communication as well as representatives of Book Publishers and readers.

Exhibition – Fair of International – Vietnam Book 2017 has 94 domestic and international departments  with 90 booths, appropriate 40.000 books and thousands of copies, in which, over 20.000 copies of reputable foreign publishers such as Oxford, MacMillan, Express, John Wiley & Sons, Cengage, Pearson, ...

Vinh University Publisher participates the exhibition with nearly two hundred books including textbooks, reference books, reference documents in the field of natural sciences, engineering – technology, social sciences, humanities, art literature. As a result, many readers has come to visit and buy books at Vinh University Publisher booth.

The 6th International – Vietnam Book Exhibition – Fair is a meaningful activity for Vinh University Publisher. This is an opportunity to exchange knowledge, to expand the horizon as well as to introduce the quality books of Vinh University Publisher to domestic and international readers. Therefore, it would contribute to promote the image of Vinh University.
